Hot Doug's is an "encased meat emporium" (aka hot dog joint) in Chicago. I've never been there, but I've seen the place on TV. He's quasi-famous for this saying on his wall:

Without casting any aspersions on the hot dog or sausage and with all due respect to Doug, I can think of two much more fine words in the English language:
FREE BEER!
