I was working that day. My group was calling New York City and we had sales reps on the street in the city. Once the planes struck the Twin Towers, our prospects were hysterical. We stopped calling, flipped on the radio and listened to what was happening. Everyone went home around 10:30 that and I spent the rest of the day watching CNN.
