I was talking to Carmen Lindner for the Shark Tank Blog. She's the LA gal who makes Smuffins, a S'more put into a muffin shaped treat. She pitched in the Shark Tank a few weeks ago.
Carmen didn't get a deal, but she got her Smuffins a new shipping contract and placement it the Williams Sonoma online catalog.
We spent an hour talking about her Shark Tank experience, something she called "the coolest thing I've ever done." I also tried to get her recipe, but she wasn't sharing it!
I eventually got around to asking her THE QUESTION:
"Do you put ketchup on your hot dogs?"
"Do you put ketchup on your hot dogs?"
Her answer:
"No. I put marshmallows on my hot dogs!"
That may be a bit unorthodox, but it's keeping with her brand! What's next, S'Mrelish?
