Faucet Jingle

I sometimes scare myself with what I remember from the past. I was innocently washing my hands in the bathroom the other day and I found myself singing the Delta Faucets jingle from the 1970's. It goes like this:

Delta Faucets
the name you can trust
for worry free faucets ask your plumber for us!

Why I remember that jingle is beyond me. It probably has something to do with the fact that we have Delta Faucets in our home, we had them in our last home and we had them in my childhood home. If there are so many Delta Faucets in my life, there are probably lots of others out there.

Come to think of it, I installed new Delta Faucets in our bathroom when I remodelled it. I must have been subliminally influenced by the jingle!

Seriously, something you use every day needs to be built to last. If you had crappy faucets in your home, you would curse them every day. Delta Faucets are built to last and I don't ever curse the ones in my home. I do sing to them occasionally though.
