Supplies to Party On

My youngest child's third birthday is on Halloween and we are having a rather extravagant birthday party with several knee high guests featuring Winnie the Pooh decorations left over from the Winnie the Pooh Baby Shower.

There isn't a heck of a lot of difference between a baby shower party supply set or a birthday party supply set, so our daughter's guests shouldn't be too offended by the reuse of the aforementioned products. After stuffing their faces with cake and ice cream, I doubt they'll even know (or care).

When it comes to baby showers and kids' birthday parties, the mommies rule the day. Everything needs to be "just so" or the event will be deemed a complete and utter disaster.

I, of course, only want the best for my kids and I realize that sometimes means what mom says is best. They've got plenty of time to either learn the truth or be indoctrinated into precious party planning by mom!
