On the day of Super Bowl XLII many will be preparing for the Big Game in a variety of ways. I will be frying chicken wings and baking home made soft pretzels to munch on during the game.
There will be a group of us hunkered down in front of my brother's 50 inch plasma screen, cheering on our beloved Patriots to the final destination in their quest for NFL perfection.
There could be no other bible passage more fitting for this day.
Isaiah 56:12
"Come," each one cries, "let me get wine! Let us drink our fill of beer! And tomorrow will be like today, or even far better."

You're a loyal fan!
I have to admit that I'm in it for the food....
GO PATRIOTS! (Excellent blessing!)
Is that really a bible passage? I didn't know they had beer in the bible.
Beer has been around as long as bread has!
