I will be closed Monday March 16-Friday March 20. I am headed to sunny Florida today for a week with my son before the "busy season" begins.
I most likely will not be doing any posts until I return.

I have it in my heart to own a hot dog cart,but my husband needs PROOF that it's a sound business deal first, so I have been doing all the research I can to PROVE that I can do it. I am a stay at home Mom, but need to do something of my own and this will meet that need plus I can set my own hours so I can still do my duties at home as Mom and wife. Can you tell me some things like start up cost's, overhead, taxes...My husband is all about the money questions. If I can prove it will bring in another income, he will agree to buy a cart for me.
