Fashion Designer Debbie Brooks answers "The Question"

Debbie Brooks, the funny and sassy handbag designer to the stars, spoke with me today about her recent appearance on The Shark Tank. Her husband and business partner, Paul was in on the chat too.

I talk to a lot of people who appear on the Shark Tank- I interview them for the Shark Tank Blog. Debbie was very excited to tell me about a new handbag design she has in the works that was inspired by a visit to Hillbilly Hot Dogs in West Virginia. Debbie is actually going to design a "Weenie Bag!" It will be a limited edition handbag, to be sold on her website and at the Trunk Shows she conducts on a regular basis.

She's promised me I will get a sneak peek....

But enough of that girly stuff. This is The Hot Dog Truck and we all know there is only ONE QUESTION I really wanted Debbie and Paul to answer:

"Do you put ketchup on your hot dogs?"

Debbie, a vegetarian who enjoys a soy dog now and again, dresses her dogs as smartly as she dresses her celebrity clientelle. "Relish and Kraut," was her answer.

Husband Paul, also a vegetarian who chows down the occasional soy dog, proved to be a bit of a disappointment. Alas, Paul puts ketchup on his hot dogs.

The pair have been together for over 15 years and have a 17 month old baby girl. I pray Debbie does the condiment education in their household!
