I spoke with Ryan Cowboy Ehmann today to interview him for the Shark Tank Blog. He was the cowboy guy on the show last week who scored a deal with Daymond John.
Ryan was pitching his Cowboy Fit Zone methodology which trains people to work out at the proper heart rate for maximum results.
Ryan is an inspirational guy who battled back from severe back pain and won a National TV Rodeo title on Fox Network. Part of his successful rehab was his Cowboy Fit Zone.
We talked about Daymond, his plans for the future, and how working out at the right heart rate can bring about long term, life-changing results.
I also asked him THE QUESTION:
"Do you put ketchup on your hot dogs?"
His answer:
"Hell Ya! My wife gets mad at me about it and I tell her my head's been stepped on so much, I've lost my taste buds. I need lots of ketchup just to be able to taste it."
Oh Ryan, I hate to do this but: "WOO HOO! That's NOT What I'M talking about!"
