My lawyer says I don't have to move my Hot Dog Truck without 30 days notice so I AM NOT MOVING! It's the LAW. While I don't want to get into a contentious battle, I am RIGHT! He gave me THREE DAYS NOTICE. It's not fair, it's not right and it's not legal. I WILL NOT BE MOVED!
Job 17:9
"Nevertheless the righteous will hold to his way, And he who has clean hands will grow stronger and stronger."

Good news for you! Happy BYB Sunday!
Make him put it in writing or agree to bail your truck out of impoundment. Lawyers are not always correct and law enforcement officiails are not always honorable.
Have a great week.
Massachusetts State Law is quite clear on the subject: It is STATUTORY LAW that requires 30 days WRITTEN NOTICE: NO EXCEPTIONS. Any attempt by a landlord to illegally force a commercial tenant from their space brings STATUTORY TRIPLE DAMAGES plus attorney's fees.
My lawyer is a trusted friend, knows his stuff and is positively RUTHLESS!
Should be an interesting week-stay tuned....
