Blog Your Blessing Sunday XLVII

Sorry I missed BYB Sunday last week. I was traveling most of the day and just didn't get a chance to get a post up!

This passage always reminds me of Spring for some reason.

Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8

A Time for Everything

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven:

a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,

a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,

a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,

a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,

a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,

a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,

a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

It's almost TIME FOR HOTDOGS! I can't wait to get back out there with my NEW TRUCK!

Yes, time is a blessing (I wrote about that as one of my first blessings when I joined.) Blessings to you on your season of selling hot dogs!

I am ready for some peace? Is it time? I love this psalm. The Byrds sang this a long time ago, Turn, Turn, Turn.

Congratulations on the new truck!!!

And that is a great passage...the ability to find the right time for everything is a great blessing.

Woo-hoo! New truck! (...and just in time, I think!) <- Weak attempt to work in the psalm in some way... :)
