These are some of the topping combos I sling on the dogs. The regulars know the lingo, but I usually know what they want anyway:
All Around- mustard, onion and relish
All Around Brown- same as above but with Gulden's Mustard
Red and White- ketchup and mayo
K.O.- ketchup and onion
Drag em- All Around plus ketchup
Drag em Up- Drag em plus mayo
Chili Dog- Duh!
Chili Kraut Surprise- chili, cheese, kraut, ketchup, mustard, tabasco
Harvey Dog- cheese, onion, honey mustard, barbeque sauce, mayo
Just tell me how many you want and you've got about 45 seconds to figure what you want on them.
